demon blunder admitted - in private

Two somber reasons for closure of small scale units are demonetization and  sloppy GST.

The word 'demonetization' was not even mentioned - in the  two hours and more, of budget presentation. It was a blunder; and they feel guilty. They knew it was a wrong decision. It  yielded horrible results.

Hundreds of thousands of small units went out of business. Lakhs lost employment. The present government knows this.

And Hindu Peoples' Party's  Parliament members and ministers admit it -  in private. Say it should never have been done.

Anti - entrepreneur vision

All income tax officials, right from a junior gazetted officer, had been vested with sky high powers.

They could raid, seize, attach and even sell while the matter is still in court. There could be nothing more absurd than this.

non progressive masquerade, as liberals?

Federal government overruled by legislation, the Shah Bano judgement in 1986.
The 'liberals' (?) should have emphatically and unitedly opposed the legislation, effected by the congress government. It was a blatant act of appeasement, for vote bank politics.

'Liberals' are not grounded in the ancient culture.
They are also unfamiliar with Kabir and Sufi traditions.
And are confused about secularism, in Indian context.

C A A - Scope for expansion?

Much of Yazidi theology is non-Islamic. It's cosmogony has many points in common with ancient Iranian and ancient Mesopotamian religions.

Similarities between Yazidi and Yaresan traditions are well established. Some traditions are traced back to pre-Zorastrian Mithraic religion.
